Going on Vacation

I am going on vacation to Hawaii for about 2 weeks and will be back the 1st week of August. I am going to see the Maui Invitational, do a lot of swimming, see some volcanoes and how to learn to surf. I will post pictures of the Lahaina Civic Center and other things on my trip.

NBA Summer League: Chase Budinger

Chase Budinger came off of the bench for the Houston Rockets and had 25 points, 1 rebound and 1 steal. He made 9 of 10 field goals with 1 of 2 from 3 point range. As a 2nd rounder he is not guaranteed a spot on the Houston Rockets team but he has helped his chances a lot.

Penn State came out with their 2009 non conference basketball schedule today. Their non conference schedule is:

Nov. 19-22 @ Charleston Classic (Miami, South Carolina, South Florida, Davidson, Tulane, LaSalle, UNC Wilmington)
Nov. 25 Sacred Heart
Nov. 30 @ Virginia
Dec. 5 @ Temple
Dec. 8 Maryland Baltimore County
Dec. 12 Virginia Tech
Dec. 19 Gardner Webb
Dec. 21 American
I like vs Virginia Tech, @ Virginia and @ Temple. But why would we want to play American, UMBC, Gardner Webb or Sacred Heart if we want to go the NCAA tourney? I think with this schedule we will win every game depending on who we get in the Charleston Classic.
