Brett Favre

August 17 2009

Brett Favre may be coming out of retirement to play for the Minnesota Vikings this season. Some Vikings players have said "I don't know if it's done, but I think he'll be in by the third preseason game." Another said "I'm telling you it's already done". I think that he should just stay retired.

Lute Olson Ceremony

August 8 2009

Today was the Lute Olson Ceremony at McKale. There were about 40 NBA players who attended including Mike Bibby, Luke Walton, Andre Iguodala. There were 6,500 people who attended the ceremony today. My favorite parts of the Ceremony were when they showed the commercials with Bill Frieder and Lute, when Pete Williams spoke and when Lute brought Mike Bibby up and embarrassed him.

I'm Back

August 7 2009

I have returned from my trip to Hawaii yesterday. We went to Kona for the first 6 days then Maui for 5 days. In Kona we went to Hapuna Beach, which is one of the top 5 beaches in the US. We also went to A Bay. We drove through a lava field to get to the state beaches which I didn't like. Then we went to The Place of Refuge where Hawaiians went to escape from getting killed. I thought Kona was okay but not what I thought Hawaii would be like. Then we went to Maui. We stayed at the Napili Sunset. We went to the beach which is right outside our hotel every day. This was where I started to go body surfing. We went to the Lahaina Civic Center and the gym inside only has about 1,000 people which is really surprising. I loved going to Maui.
