The Butkus Award list for 09 is out. Some of the top players on the list are Sean Lee and Navarro Bowman (Penn State), Chris Galippo (USC), Dont'a Hightower, Rolando McClain (Alabama), Ryan Reynolds (Oklahoma), Brandon Spikes (Florida) and Martez Wilson (Illinois)
